At Kidzstation, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If a fit isn't quite right, we are here to ensure the exchange process is as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the clothing is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
